Condo Common Areas

During the initial planning stages of this uptown condo building I was brought in to design all the common areas. With the majority of the purchasers being young couples and first-time buyers, it was important that I keep the decor modern and upbeat. Despite the budget limitations I managed to include a few custom designed pieces that catch the eye in the high traffic spaces of this building.
